My friend asked me for a favor...to take some photos of a family that she knew of. Now this family is in a different position than a lot of us. 2 out of the 4 kids have hearing issues, so does their dad and on top of all of that..their mom is dying of cancer. Suddenly everything that typically goes on with photo sessions didn't seem to matter at all. I'm sure they weren't so worried about how they were going to coordinate their clothing perfectly, or how their hair looked. I'm sure they didn't think about the perfect location, or even how they were going to decorate their home with these new pictures. What mattered most to them was getting pictures of their beautiful family, and more importantly capturing memories with their mom. I also want to say how impressed I am with the oldest child "J". He helps every single person in his family with everything, and is such a blessing to them. I was very impressed with him!! I am so honored to be able to photograph this family, and to be able to share a bit of them with you.
